Group Practice
Our services at the Group Practice level are designed to promote mental health and improve functioning in children, youth, adults, and families. In addition, our services are tools used to effectively decrease the prevalence and incidence of mental illness, emotional disturbance, and social dysfunction. The responsibility for diagnostic and treatment services is vested in a multi-disciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, licensed social workers, licensed professional counselors, marriage and family licensed therapists, public health educators, and other mental health professionals.
Our services at Step of Faith include but are not limited to:
- Diagnostic Evaluation
- Psychiatric Evaluation
- Family, Group, and Individual Therapies
- Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
- Medication Management Services
- Crisis or Emergency Interventions
Step of Faith makes every effort to respond flexibly to our clients and is easily accessible to our clients. Step of Faith, when appropriate, works in collaboration with schools, child welfare/foster system, and other child/family caring agencies. The services at Step of Faith are provided to the general public without bias towards race, sex, ethnicity, religion, or sexual preference. Step of Faith also prides itself in providing services that are culturally competent.
